I have XP Home with SP2 installed and recently bought DVC90. When I plug the
external video capture cable into a USB 2.0 point the device is not recognised. I have installed and uninstalled Pinnacle Studion 9 but this had no impact. I have tried the device on a laptop with XP Pro and SP1 and the install wizard starts and the device lights up so it is not the hardware. I have loaded some drivers from Pinnacle but the lights on the hardware do not light up and the install wizard does not start. Can anybody suggest what I need to do to get the thing working please? |
