Default Deformed CD's

I've just purchased a set off the OMEN CD's 1, 2 and 3.

I've noticed that the 3rd cd has a wazy milky stain around the middle areas
off the cd. does anybody know what this is ?

Something truly disgusting? Your question has nothing to do with Windows
XP and its hardware. Contact the place you bought the defective cd's.

No idea what that is. The "ink" not being dry on the disk before it was
packaged perhaps?
