We have the following problem.
Trying to copy files from the HD to the CD-RW drive we get the following message "There is no disc in the drive. Please insert a writable CD into drive" The files get cached in the staging area but when we select "write file on CD " and the Wizard starts the above message appears The OS version is XP SP2 We tried to install the fix KB883523 but didn't solve the problem thanks |
