I have power dvd software from an earlier computer, but that didn't work neither. Any suggestions in english a five year old would understand? Thanks |

That PowerDvd software may be obsolete or not XP compatibile. Uninstall
it from Control Panel>Add/Remove Programs. Then give this a try. It has a 7 day free trial. http://www.soft32.com/download_25422.html But as Jon suggested your drive may not be a Dvd drive. Maybe a Cdr/Cdrw Drive. "hopelesspaula" <hopelesspaula@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:52C933A8-BDDB-4EB2-A3A5-D8CD8B1DF61D@microsoft.com... > help!
