Hello everybody,
I have a LG Flatron L1710B monitor with a NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 video adapter on my PC since more than one year. They are connected via the DVI conection. Recently, I experience this problem: every time I shutdown the system, next time I restart it, a "saving power mode" message appears and the monitor get completly black as no signal is detected. At this point, if I switch de DVI cable from de LG monitor to a television whith DVI interface, the tv neither get any singnal, but if I restart the computer, de signal returns to the television set and now, if I switch the DVI cable to the LG monitor again, the signal remains and you can see there the XP logon screen. Can anybody help me with this problem? Thank you very much in advance. Rodrigo |
