After installing Nero 7 I noticed that I can no longer back up any files on
my computer to the DVD-CD writer. The CD Writing Wizard window says "Cannot
Complete the CD writing Wizard.....There was an error in the writing
process. The disc you have attempted to write may no longer be usable".

It's not the disc: I have tried several new ones. Would installing the
Nero software have anything to do with this problem? If so what can I do to
fix it?

I also had that problem with Nero 7.......it seems that INCD did not install
properly.
I tried reinstalling 3 times off the CD and each time it failed to install
INCD.I finally downloaded the Trial version off the website and overwrote
the CD installation....just like an upgrade.This installed INCD and
everything worked.

Thanks Peter. I tried your suggestion, but it didn't work. I ended up
reinstalling Windows XP and that worked. Must have been something other
than Nero causing the problem. Thanks again.
