I am using XP SP-2. USB ports work with my printer and camera but if I plug
in a storage device (flash drive or MP3 player) the found new hardware message comes up and the new hardware wizard launches and can not find the software needed (drivers?). This process fails. If I look in device manager, the device shows up in "other devices", not under USB, and properties indicate the device is not working (with a message that no driver is loaded. Any suggestions? Tnanks! |
