Com hang then restart

Default Com hang then restart

My computer hangs frequency , and sometimes when it hangs , it show this
message in a blue screen . Anyone know how to get them fixed? I doesn't have
this problem at all when i bought newly , until after 8 months , this problem
occurs alot .


A problem has Been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage
to your computer

DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

If this is the first time you've seen this error screen, restart your
computer. IF this screen appears again,
follow these steps:

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed
If this is a new installation, ank your hardware or software manufacturer
for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue, disable or remove any newly installed hardware or
software.
Disable BIOS memory option such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use
safe mode to remove or disable
components, restart your computer, press f8 to select advanced startup
option, and then select safe mode

Technical information:

***portcls.sys-Address F727A4C2 base at f7272000, Datestamp 41107f13

Could be registry problem. you need a registry fix tool. If problem still
occur, u need to format the hard drive and reinstall windows.

Where can i get the registry fix tools? any website to intro or i can find it
in my XP disc or computer?
