Someone..........Anyone.............HELP!!!!
I can't see the data that is on CD/DVD's. When I used to put a disk into the drive, I could go into the "my computer" and open the drive and it would show me what files were on the disk. I can no longer do that. When I put a disk in, the box pops up with what option I want to take and I choose"open folder to view files using windows explorer" but nothing happens. There is data on the disks and the drive will read the disk, because if I choose view files with one of the viewer programs, I can see all the pictures on the disk. I have 2 cd/dvd drives and they both are doing this. The only things I have added recently was an external hard drive (plugged straight into USB with no needed disk and iPod/itunes software. Any idea what is causing this problem? I can write with the drives and play info off of them, but I have to put them into another computer to view the files. HELP!!! |
