Default error message

Everytime I boot up my computer I get an error message that reads, "Error
Loading AUNPS2.DLL". What can I do to get rid of this problem?

Malaware, ie spyware
Either download update and run MS antispyware beta, direct from MS
and Adaware & SpyBot
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
http://www.lavasoft.nu/ (free version)

I do have, and run on a weekly basis, Adaware, Spybot, and Registry Mechanic.
It sill won't get rid of it. Any other suggestions?
