Your question is probably too specific to get answered here. Mesh computers
provide support on their website, all you have to do is register. The
unknown device could quite possibly be some chipset on your motherboard that
needs a driver. You could try the Asus website for a chipset driver as you
know the motherboard model. It's unusual for new PC's to come without a CD,
or a restoration image or possibly something on a hidden partition -again
talk to Mesh as you have paid for these things.

Fact of the matter is there is an agreement in place - exercise your
part of the agreement IMO
