Well, as yet, you never have bothered to tell us WHICH version of Windows XP
that you are using. I'm guessing you got stuck with the Home Edition
version of Windows XP, but that's just a guess. The install of Windows XP
Home Edition does NOT install the backup program. You will have to get it
from the install CD to install separately.
