How do I change settings to allow other programs to launch IE? Links in
Outlook Express/Outlook email can't launch IE. Other programs can't launch IE either. The OS is XP Home Edition with the most current updates. I have made changes to everything that should be related to this and then set the changes back to the default settings, but nothing works. I hope someone can help! Thanks! |
