Default Boot & Start Process.

I have XP Pro. Is there a means to modify the Start Process? Problem... I
use MSN Messenger... MSN starts before Internet connection occurs and so the
auto feature does not operate... Is there a way to modify the Start Process
to have the Internet connect before any programs begin to load?
Thanks

You can use the Windows Scripting Host (which uses jscript or vbscript) or
another 3rd party scripting engine, such as www.autoit3.com ,
that you can have load at startup and wait a predetermined amount of time
then loads it for you.

If you're using broadband and your connection auto-connects,
try having messnger load from the Start | All Programs | Startup folder
instead.
