Default Add/Remove Programs Problem

Okay, one of the programs I downloaded is not leaving the list of prgrams,
and it's scaring me. See, I did it the first time, and it left my desktop and
start menu, but it's not leaving the control panel list. Everytime I click on
it, it says "could not open Intall.Log file"

Someone, help, please?
