Hi, i get this stop error message and my computer reboots. how can i track
down the source of the problem?
heres the stop error:

Thier's actually two methods that will help in this area,1st.In run type:
verifier Run the utility The other,go to search at microsoft,type:894278
Probably type verifier in search also for help running the test(s).

no i didn't install any anti virus or anti spyware software. This seems to
happen when i run PSP video 9 software and try to convert an xvid .avi to a
smaller mp4 for my ipod video.
