I have had the Following 3 Cidaemon.exe Errors poping up on my system and
appearing in the System Log since dec 12, 2005. All 3 usually occur within 3 minutes of each other and can occur every 30-60 minutes. Application popup: cidaemon.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7c911404" referenced memory at "0x3a0597f8". The memory could not be "read". Application popup: cidaemon.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7c910e03" referenced memory at "0x0050005c". The memory could not be "written". Application popup: cidaemon.exe - Application Error : The instruction at "0x7c911404" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read". They idenity as Type: Information Event_ID: 26 User: NA Windows Help and support comes up showing this is a windows operating system error. Explanation ------------- The program could not load a driver because the program user doesn't have sufficient privileges to access the driver or because the drive is missing or corrupt. User Action ------------- To correct this problem: Reinstall the program to restore the driver to the correct location. My question is there anyway to resolve this without reinstalling the whole system. Since Cidaemon.exe is part of the operating system and these errors all of a sudden stated dec 12. I am wondering if a microsoft update has caused this problem. I can send the complete msinfo, error logs, or anything else that will help someone resolve this issue. Please note I am a senior level developer and know what I am doing, I have used windows since version 1.0 -- David Patchen DavidPatchen@hotmail.com |
