I would like to know which user on my computer signed on last. Is there any
way of knowing the last activity that was being done on the computer? |

I don't know what version of Windows you're running, but it should be similar no matter which. So here's what you do: click Start > Control Panel. In the Control Panel, click "Performance and Maintenance", "Administrative Tools," and double-click "Computer Management". In the tree structure on the left-hand side of the window that opens as a result, click "Event Viewer", and then double-click "Security". Now you should see a list of all the important security-related events happening to your computer. The "Category" column shows the names/types of the events; look for ones categorized as "Account Login," or something to that effect (I'm using a German version of Windows, and don't know what the corresponding term is that MS used). Double-clicking an event brings up a dialog with more information; in "Account Login" events, you should see an entry telling the name of the user who logged in. You might also look at the column in the Security Event Viewer titled "User", which also shows who was logged in. So, hopefully you can get somewhere with this. If not, send me an e-mail, or post a reply.
