I am having a bit of a problem.
I am running an emachine with WinXP-home SP2, Pentium4 2.8GHz with
512mb ram.
I can not print. When I try to send a file from MSword to the printer
it locks up the spoolsv.exe file. I can not delete or cancel the print
job from the qeue. I have tried going to Admin\tools\services to stop
the spooler, but it will not clear the qeue.
Any help would be great.
I do not have MS image writer and none of the printer have any files in
qeue except the default printer Lexmark X1150.
