Hi there,
I have a problem with Word. When I first open it, it says: "Word cannot open the existing (Normal)" I click OK and can start using it. Then when I go to shut it down it says: "The file Normal already exists. Do you want to replace the existing file?" If I click YES it says: "You cannot save while the file is in use by another process. Try saving the file with a new name." I have tried to save Normal with a new name but it won't let me. If I click NO it takes me to the Templates saving window which I click cancel. I then try to close windows again and it says: Changes have been made that affect the global template, Normal. Do you want to save those changes? If I say no - I can shut down windows. Again, it I try to save it says "You cannot save while the file is in use by another process. Try saving the file with a new name." I have no idea what going on here. Can anyone help please??? |
