I failed to find a way (since my Windows were reinstalled following faults
developed in previous ones) to have Files & Folders appear on opening as a
List of the items rather than being Shown as Icons.

I noticed that when I change a folder from My Documents to show its contents
as a List it stays that way, but it will not stay that way with Files and
Folders on RW CDs.

Is there a way of having permanently contents of a CD shown on opening as a
List? Thank you.
