How to fix this registry error?

I get this trying to install a ROXIO patch to Easy Creator 7.5

I get a similar type error trying to install
Microsoft's virtual server as well.

I have admin rights.

I've tried fixing and/or repairing the registry but to
no avail...... What do I need to do?
