Default Look at these login screens

Can someone look at these log-in/log-out screens and tell me where they came
from?

www.tgalloway.com ---using XP Pro.

I've also got a lot of files scatted all over the place that appear blue in
color in Windows Explorer. I know these are supposed to be compressed or
encrypted files, but I've checked the folders they are in and neither
compression or encryption is checked.

All types are included. txt, jpg, dll, exe, ini.....all file types,
but...........
it's a random happening. I'll have a folder where some .exe files are in
blue, but others are not.

Only occurring on the C: drive where I have the OS. Data files are on
another partition and none of them are in blue.

These two things--the new log-in/log-off screens and the blue files started
at the same time.

Any ideas on this?
XP Pro
