Default Taskbar and "Group Similar Taskbar Buttons" problem

Hi,
I have a user with XP pro sp2. If we have the "Group Similar Taskbar
Buttons" checked, it will group them as it's supposed to. The problem is
that when you minimize all the windows, then go to the group to click on one
to show on the screen, it doesn't "open" up. The button will show, but you
can't view any of the minimized windows anymore. I have looked for settings
but can't find any. The only way to fix this is to uncheck the group
similar taskbar buttons setting.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Dave

Have you tried right-clicking on it? That should give you the
list of everything there and then you can select from it.

Yes, I have tried right clicking on it. When you do that you don't get the
menu, you actaully don't get anything...
