After installing a software application that uses notepad for updated
instructions, all other software programs previously installed on the
harddrive of my computer now are opend with notepad automatically,
......even system restore and aol the programs do not run .....is the problem
in the shell or regedit partition? I ran the mfg.'s recovery dvd to restore
c: drive and still can't get rid of this problem.....any solutions?
