I use my computer for gaming and internet surfing regularly. I update my
Norton Anti-Virus daily. I have two firewalls up. (router and windows) And
yet, one day I got onto my computer and tried to use it I couldn't, because
the computer would constantly and automatically scroll through all the files
that start with the 'F' character. And when I click on 'Start', it
automatically finds Files and Folders and selects it. Does anyone know how to
help me before I reinstall Windows?
