I run Windows XP Professional. For no reason a while back the wallpaper turned into a huge message saying "Windows Error - System has detected spyware activity. Some system functions are blocked out." I've tried all my heavy duty anti-spyware, as the message suggests, but still the wallpaper won't go. The options for it in "Display" are grayed out, and I haven't a clue how to get rid of it. Sendil |

Hi,
A Virus / Spyware has altered your shell/os I have encountered this many times during PC repairs and as yet have found a method to restore the dammage/altered files. I know this is not much help yo you but I would be very interested in seeing your responses from the pros here.
