I'm trying to burn a movie off of Windows Movie Maker onto a DVD, and I keep
getting the message that I need to insert a writable disc, which I have already done. I ran a diagnostic, and the DVD drive failed all of the tests, but it didn't tell me how to fix it. Here are the codes (from PC-Doctor): 3211-201, 3211-202, 3211-205, 3711-201, and 3711-202. Please help!!! altopower |
