I received the error message "Can't collect information" after trying to find
the system information. I looked in the services folder inside
Adminsitrative tools and windows management instrumentation is not there.

Please look in the System and Application logs in Event Viewer for Warning
and Error Reports over the last 2 days use and post copies here.

You can access Event Viewer by selecting Start, Administrative Tools, and
Event Viewer. When researching the meaning of the error, information
regarding Event ID, Source and Description are important.

Part of the Description of the error will include a link, which you should
double click for further information. You can copy using copy and paste.

on the error you want to copy. In the window, which appears is a button
resembling two pages. Double click the button and close Event Viewer. Now
start your message (email) and do a paste into the body of the message. This
will paste the info from the Event Viewer Error Report complete with links
into the message. Make sure this is the first paste after exiting from Event
Viewer.

Under the application folder I get this error:
Windows couldn't log the RSoP (Resultant Set of Policies) session status. An
attempt to connect to WMI failed. No more RSoP logging will be done for this
application of policy.

Windows cannot unload your classes registry file - it is still in use by
other applications or services. The file will be unloaded when it is no
longer in use.

Under the System Folder I receive this Warning:
TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent
TCP connect attempts.

The time service has not been able to synchronize the system time for 49152
seconds because none of the time providers has been able to provide a usable
time stamp. The system clock is unsynchronized.

How long have you had the problem? Do you have a System Restore point
predating the time when the problem first occurred?

Unfortunately posting parts of Reports is not helpful. Can you post further
copies using the method I suggested. Also if there is information in one
of these type of links

you need to open the link and copy the contents. The link only displays
useful information on the computer where the error has been generated.

Do you have Norton Internet Security or Norton Personal Firewall
installed? If so which version?
