cut off from chat - now what?
I opened up a chat request in Firefox and the session hung - now
I don't know how to get back to it? What do I do?

Let me clarify - this was on the official Microsoft tech support site. I paid
my $35 and everything. I've just realized that not running IE and having a Passport account when I submitted this request was a mistake, but the question remains - how do I get back in tough with tech support to re-engage the chat?
