Problem: USB ports are non-functional. They were working find and for no
unknown reason by me just stopped working. Thanks for those who have posted information to correct this problem. I have tried them all to no avail. I have a Compaq Presario 900Z laptop with the following system: Microsoft Windows XP, Home Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 2 All software programs are updated and I have tried all the corrections listed on Windows & Compaq Help Centers. I have read as much as possible and still I’m at a dead end…the USB ports are not working. If anyone has had this problem and corrected it please post how to information. Thanks. |
