Undo what you did in MSConfig.

How else can I ask for help, but the only way I know how. I see a lot of
people out there not even making sense. I just need help and told exactly
what I am having a problem with, I am not a tech by any means. So, do you
have any advice for my problem?

No one said you were a moron - you just gave very little to work with..

If you went to your mechanic and said "I started my car this morning with my
spare key now my trunk won't open, my passenger side door won't close and
and the rear view mirror fell off.." He would want to know a bit more
information.

So it is here.

You need to stop running in Diagnostic mode - run MSConfig and stop doing
that.
You could try booting in safe mode and using System Restore to return to the
state it was in the Day Before you decided to do anything.

And you never mentioned WHY you ran in Diagnostic Mode - as that could (the
reason you did that in the first place) be the actual problem you made worse
by not loading all of the things that will not reload. =)
