I've been trying to install MacAfee from their website and I get the
information bar when I first go to install it and I say to install the ActiveX and then it pops up the window asking if I want to install the actual program and I click yes. I then get the window saying I need to click the information bar, but there isn't an information bar! I've been getting this everytime I go to use something with ActiveX. MacAfee said to contact Microsoft because my information bar is damaged, but I can't afford the $35 for a phone call. I'm about to uninstall SP2! Please help! |

Thanks for the advice, but this didn't fix it.

See if adding McAfee's site to the Trusted Zone helps.
