when i use my scrollbar lets say, in internet explorer, the screen gets
really stroby and wavy. it hurts my eyes and it doesnt seem like it should be doing this |

Is it an LCD? Are you using the native resoluion? What is the refresh rate you are using? What is the resolution you are using?
