when i scroll, my screen gets all wavy
when i use my scrollbar lets say, in internet explorer, the screen gets
really stroby and wavy. it hurts my eyes and it doesnt seem like it should be doing this

Is it an LCD? Are you using the native resoluion? What is the refresh rate you are using? What is the resolution you are using?
