I want to keep the encoding on "User Defined".
In the "VIEW" drop down box,Encoding is set at "Western European" and it goes
back to that setting when I press "Reset" or close my browser. I want to keep encoding set at "User Defined" when I use a certain program . (Tweakers Asylum ) . How do I do that?
