Default non-text size

Is there any way to increase "non-text size ONLY" on web pages?

Thank you,

By that I assume you mean pictures and such?

You might look in the "Accessibility options" - but beyond the magnifyer and
such tools - I don't know of any native way to stretch the pictures and any
other non-text on a web page (make them larger.)

There are a few tools - none I can personal vouch for - that claim to "zoom"
in for web pages and such (pictures and all.) May want to look into such
software. The keyword seems to be "Internet Explorer" and "Zoom".
