shutdown results in restart with Samsung monitor
XP (home edition) shuts down but results in a restart. This problem started
after installation of a Samsung 930B digital monitor. Graphics card is ATI radeon 9600. Computer is Dell XPS B1000. Both drivers are up to date. If windows shutdown is initiated and the monitor is then shutoff, the computer powers down fine. Any suggestions?
