CD-Rom not working.
My CD-Rom drive will notread any cd that I put into it. And when I go into my
computer, There is not icon for my cd-rom drive.

If you can I would open the case and see if possibly the cables have

is it dispalyed in bios during boot up?

Yes it can open and close.
