Matt,
As there is no way to deslect a user from the offline files settings you will need to reinitilaze the offline files cache, to do this on the users laptop open the My Documents folder/users home drive and go to the folder menu and select folder options, then on the window that opens select Offline files. On the delete items button press the CTRL+Shift buttons and then click it with the mouse. You will get a message telling you that you will need to restart. Once you restart all offline files will have been cleared. Now get the user to select the required files from the NEW shares. Hope this helps Simon "Matt Rupp" wrote: > Hey, > > I am having a problem where my users are "losing connectivity" to a > server. I can fix the problem by turning off offline files but I need to know > how and where to remove the old associations. |
