After a 'blue screen' fatal error, how do I submit data to MS OCA on a PC
with no internet connection? I saved the relevant files but have wasted so
much time looking for how to upload these manually. Which pages do I need to
open to get to the 'upload your report' (or whatever)?

I assume this IS possible?
