err msg "windows cannot create a local profile..."
the whole message is
windows cannot create a local profile and is logging you on using a temporary profile. This may be caused by incorrect file system permissions or etwork problems." The computer's new. Toshiba isn't helping. And windows support is telling me that Toshiba should help me. My soul is roasting on a spit. Please help me.
