When right clicking on document to use "send to" feature, CD drive is no
longer listed. It was there before but now gone. Using XP Home Ed. Any quick and easy fix or do I need to go into the registry? TIA, Antoinette |

It is only there if windows is your CD Burning software. Other programs tend to turn Window's one off. Right Click the drive in My Computer and choose Properties, look on the recording tab. Some programs will turn this off every boot.

This has already been tried with no success. I am hunting down this info for
a friend of mine. I had hoped that your simple fix would do the trick but no such luck. Thank you anyway. Antoinette "David Candy" wrote: > It is only there if windows is your CD Burning software. I can't access my DVDRW, CDRom or my Iomega USB drive. I'd be eager to hear solutions. I've tried to use the idea listed above, and I've also uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I've also had zero luck uninstalling the update, as it doesn't appear anywhere in my Add/Remove Programs section, (yep, I checked updates) CJ |
