Media centre 2005/xp pro
2gb ddram 300gb hdd nvidia geoforce 6800 No adaware/malware/viruses/trojans etc etc sfc /scannow all files correct and in place please please help, I am trying to install my tv tuner software (Black Gold) and it keeps returning a 1713 error code and as a consequence the installation crashes saying that the black gold software could not install a required componant. I try to uninstall the software that has installed but it requires the disk to do this and when i do this it crashes again with the same error code. So I am stuck with a half installed piece of software that I cannot uninstall. I have tried third party uninstallers but no joy. Nobody seems to be able to help? I cant manually delete it from the registry because it has about a thousand entries. What do I do? |

Try entering your error information here:
http://www.microsoft.com/technet/sup..._advanced.aspx You may also want to try looking at the event logs to find more detailed information.
