anytime I try to install a number of programs that the setup file is on hard
drive or d/l from software website (including some microsoft d/l's) I get the following error: MSIEXE Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item. i tried to repair windows (professional) but still no help...anything short of a complete reformat/reinstall fix this? |
