On occasion, at startup I get 3 pop-up messages that, 1. Windows desktop
..lnk file cannot be found, 2. Microsoft Office 2000 .ink file cannot be found and 3. Adobe Reader 7.0 .ink file cannot be found. What could be causing this? I am using AV software, the computer is clean, and Microsoft Antispyware is Active and working properly. The only way I can resolve the problem is do a restore, and it (the problem) goes away. The next time it happens, I have to do another restore for resolution. I have tried re-installing Office 2000 Pro, and Adobe Reader hoping this will pick the files up, but they don't. Any suggestions? |

Thanks Will. I haven't had any problems this week, but went ahead and
installed the fix. It went ok. Hopefully that will resolve the problem.
