Default WINDOWS XP RAID and ATA Drives HAL.dll Missing

i have 2 WD 74G SATA dricer as hardware on board RAID 0(witch has windows XP
Pro) i also hava a sata 200G as backup, 200G ATA backup and CD ROM ATA

when i have only the Raid set it is C: and windows XP boots

as soon as i add all the other drives and the cdrom i get hal.dd could not
be found

i think when i add the ATA HD and the CDrom up it changes the ATA drive to
C: and my raid windows to e:

what can i do to fix this problem
