I just recently installed a new motherboard and processor. As I set it up, I
realized a problem I started to have- my mouse was working but the icon for
it is stuck. It seems to do this after it lags for a minute and continues
until I restart my computer and cause it to happen again. It does it when it
opens up a program, transfer files or something that takes up resources. I
uninstalled and reinstalled the mouse as well as updated drivers for
everything I have installed and ran all the updates through windows update.
I still have the problem. Someone please help! I cannot see what I am doing
most of the time (except if something highlights) and makes everything take
twice as long!!!

Oh, yeah... I tried another mouse too.
