I am having problems with my Dell Latitude D600. When I attempt to install a
new USB device (pocket pc, mp3 player, ect) i keep getting an error message
relating that a parameter is incorrect. Any ideas?

The error does it happen when you plugin the device, or when
installing software? Also give us your type of operating system, is it
XP. And what kind of device?
