I have I upgraded to Windows XP Pro from ME on a Dell Dimension 4100 with 256
SDRAM and Pentium III, and now Works Database (wdb) will not print. I have Microsoft Works Suite 2001. I can open a wdb application, edit, save etc, but when I go to print, error message "out of memory" comes up, and I cannot print. The Windows Support site is not helpful, the "Windows XP Application Compatibility Update Oct 25, 2001 ( ID 308381)" cannot be located but alleges to resolve compatibility issues between Works and XP. Anyone have any ideas? Do I uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Works Suite 2001? How do I increase the memory status for Works Datatbase? thanks. -- Thomas Fitting |

"Out of memory" may mean that the pagefile is too small. How big is it? Jim |
